The Tulip Time festival poster was designed for senior citizens 65 and older. Rather than just focusing on the tulips,
the design focuses on the traditional dutch heritage that is very abundant throughout the event. The Poster uses
the idea of quilting and dutch patterns to get the idea across that the Tulip Time Festival is about more than just
tulips. However, the idea of tulips is brought back into the shape of the patterns which represent tulips and windmills.
