Trap Neuter and Return was an awareness project to help the stray cat population in a small Detroit neighborhood.
A structure was designed to attract cats in the area and postcards with information on TNR programs was left on the
side of the attractor. The hope in doing this was for people to recognize that there was a stray cat problem in the
area and give them information in order to help solve it.
